Buying the Mizala Health Protection Plan is the best thing you can do for yourself and your loved ones. This is not just because of our very amazing benefits but also because of how easy and very seamless the entire process of using the benefits are.
Here are steps on how to use your health plan benefits:
STEP 1: Make sure you have an ACTIVE plan
STEP 2: From your dashboard, search for your preferred hospital by inputting the state you're in(example: Lagos) and then scroll through the list.
STEP 3: Once you've confirmed your preferred hospital is on our list all you need do is walk-in.
STEP 4: Show your Virtual Health card to enable the hospital access your policy number
STEP 5: If asked for the name of your HMO provider please check your card for Optima Healthcare or Bastion.
STEP 6: Get treatment and medication and get well soon.
